ABOUT THE ARTIST T.M. ROOT

T.M. Root was born in Shrewsbury, England in 1964 and immigrated to

Canada in 1966. She has had a brush in hand since childhood and never

doubted her career would be in the arts.

Her fascination with originality in art helped to guide her towards the whimsical creations she knows and loves so well today .

Mostly self-taught, T.M. Root has developed a unique style to her work that has garnered attention and collectors internationally and her work now stands in many private and corporate collections throughout the world.

Residing in London, Ontario, T.M. Root works out of her home studio creating the characters and subjects we have grown to love and know so well and is looking forward to offering a steady collection of new subjects and characters in the coming months.
